Wedding Planning

We have several planning packages to meet your needs. Most of our couples find that the included Month-of Planning Package is just the right fit. But, for those who want a little bit more we offer partial planning and full planning packages.

Included Month-Of Wedding Planner

That’s right, it’s included! This is a savings of around $2000!! This is just part of why Izenstone is one of the most affordable venues in South Alabama.

She really shouldn’t be called a Month-Of Planner. Two-Month of Planner and More would be more accurate.

What will your Month-Of Wedding Planner do for you?

  • She will start communication with you over email around 5 months before your day.

  • You will meet with her in person at the venue or virtually two times. Once around 6 weeks before you day and again 2 weeks before your day. If you have opted for one of our Decor & Design Packages you will meet with her a third time.

  • She will create two floor plans. Plan A and a Plan B just in case our South Alabama weather isn’t cooperating. See some sample floor plans here.

  • She’ll coordinate with your vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

  • She will create a very detailed timeline for your day. See a sample here.

  • She’ll coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

  • Most importantly she will be the one to make sure that all of the ever so important details of your day are taken care of. From morning Mimosas in your suite to helping your family load up all of your stuff at the end of the night and everything in between.

Planning Consultation

Consultation meeting up to 2-hours

Not sure where to start? Schedule an optional consultation meeting with an Izenstone Planner and have her set you in the right direction. Discuss vendors, decor and your overall wedding vision.

Scheduled somewhere between the time you book and 6 months before your day.

Partial Planning

Need a little bit more than what your Month-Of Planner will do for you, but you don’t need everything that our Full Planning package provides? This is for you.

Full Planning

$4000

We have found that some of our couples need more than month of planning, they need help from the very beginning. For those of you that need this our Full Planning Package is for you. Amber Smith is our Master Certified Wedding Planner and she is ready to help you from the very beginning. She will:

  • Do everything that is included in the Month-of Planning package and

  • Up to 6 client/planner meetings in person or virtual

  • Up to 12 vendor meetings

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • Monthly e-mail “check in’s” to ensure the planning process is running smoothly

  • Etiquette advisement

  • Assistance with wording stationary, as requested

  • RSVP tracking

  • Full event design, theme, and concept development - ensuring your wedding has a cohesive feeling from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited too - invitations, floral design and decor, menus, programs, lighting, favor, table design, linens, specialty rentals, save the dates,e tc

  • Budget construction and analysis

  • Negotiate special hotel rates and room blocks for out of town guests

  • Rehearsal dinner location research, selection, and coordination

  • Assisting with designing of wedding website
