How much does an Izenstone wedding cost?

Where are you located?
We are located at 9311 D’Olive Road, Spanish For, AL 36527. We are 5 miles north of Interstate 10 and the exit for Hwy 181. Click here for a map and directions.

What all is included?

How many hours will we have access to the venue??
You will have exclusive use of the venue from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. At 10 p.m. the bar must close and the music must be turned off. This gives your friends and family an hour to load up the cars before the doors close at 11 p.m.

Are we required to use vendors that you recommend??
No, you are free to use the professional vendors of your choice. Your caterer and drone pilots must be able to provide a certificate of insurance. We are happy to give you a list of our favorites that have repeatedly done a fantastic job at Izenstone. Any vendors not on our list will need to be pre-approved.

What are your catering policies?
Your professional caterer must provide a Certificate of Insurance and full-service staffing until the close of food service. No drop-off catering is allowed.

What type of bar service do you offer?
We can host bars with beer, wine, champagne and mixed drinks. We even have Specialty Bar Packages available with Margaritas, Old Fashioneds Martini’s and more. For all the bar details head over here.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, Izenstone is easily accessible for your guests with limited mobility with reserved parking, concrete floors and private restrooms for those who need it.

What is your maximum guest count?
Izenstone can accommodate up to 210 seated guests inside the venue, including the loft, with room for additional seating outside in the courtyard.

Are tables and chairs included?
Yes! We have 8 rectangle and 6 square, 4 6’ and 1 sweetheart farmhouse tables made right here at Izenstone for your guests, along with 10-60” round folding tables and 210 champagne cross-back chairs. We also have several rectangle folding tables and 8 high boy cocktail tables.

Do you require a wedding planner?
No, we do not because your included Day-Of Planner will take amazing care of you. We also offer other planning packages to meet your needs. Check out everything that she will do for you here.

Can I hold my rehearsal at Izenstone?
A one-hour rehearsal is included, based on availability extra hours are available for rehearsal dinners.

Do you have rooms for the wedding party to get ready?
Of course! The spacious Champagne Suite includes an extra large mirror, chesterfield couch, private restroom and curtained porch. The Whiskey Lounge has a TV and a covered porch with seating adjacent to the Courtyard, and both rooms have mini-fridges and a fully stocked coffee bar.

Where will my guests park?
We have plenty of parking for your guests with a Parking Attendant and a golf cart with driver to shuttle your guests who prefer to not walk to the venue.

Can our fur baby be a part of our day?
Your fur baby is welcome to be a part of your big day for photos and the ceremony, but you will have to have a pet handler who will make sure that your fur baby is either in a kennel or on a leash a all times. Once the reception begins someone will need to take your fur baby home.

Will I need to provide a security guard?
A Baldwin County Sheriff Deputy is required when alcohol is being served or events for students and is included with certain bar service packages.

Our guests are from out of town. Where should they stay?
5 miles away just off the interstate there’s a Best Western Plus, La Quinta Inn, a Holiday Inn Express and others. 15 minutes away in Daphne just off the interstate are more hotels. And if you are looking for something a little different Fairhope is a quiet, picturesque town with a Hampton Inn and several restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance for out-of-town guests to enjoy. Some guests also like the downtown feel of Mobile where there are a couple of historic hotels.

Do you allow Sparklers for our Grand Exit
No, due to safety concerns we no longer allow hot sparklers. There are so many creative ideas to get that picture perfect moment at the end of the night! If you need some help coming up with ideas, ask your Izenstone Planner for help, that’s what we are here for!
