Your dream is about to become a reality. All the time, the planning and the hard work have breathed life into your day.
It’s 8 a.m. and an Izenstone team member has opened the door. You float in, full of excitement, with your family and best friends. You catch your first glimpse of what your reception will look like: greenery dangling from the chandeliers and drapery suspended from the ceiling. Then, you see a glimpse of how beautiful your tables will look with the décor you chose with your Izenstone designer. The anticipation rises.
You head to your suite, where mimosas and coffee are waiting for you. You hang your dress as you look at your detailed timeline of the day. You note what time hair and makeup will begin. The next few hours are full of laughter and pampering. Before your photographer arrives, you sneak a peek at how the decorating is coming along. You discover a room full of blooms as your florist is making your Pinterest page come to life. You are in awe! You are grateful to see that snacks have arrived and you head back to your suite for something to eat.
Then, photography and videography begin. You receive word that the individual who is about to become yours forever has arrived! The next few hours are filled with poses and first looks. Meanwhile, the Izenstone staff has greeted your DJ, musicians, caterers, live painters and whomever else you have chosen to be a part of your day. They have also taken care of any needs while they set up for the big event.
When your first photos are done, you safely hide away in your suite as your guests arrive.
The music begins and your Izenstone Planner, your Day-of Coordinator who is now your friend, finds you and prepares you and your bridal party to walk down the aisle. She lines you all up, including making sure that the little ones remember their parts. She sends you on your way down the aisle. The officiant takes over from here and there are vows and a kiss. Meanwhile, the Izenstone Team has lit all the candles and made sure that everything is in order for the party that is about to begin.
After you say “I do”, you’ll be busy with your photographer while your guests enjoy a cocktail and appetizers, or perhaps a game of cornhole. Next, you and your partner will spend a few minutes alone, enjoying your first meal together as a married couple, while your guests enjoy their own meals. Then, your dress is bustled. It is off to the grand entrance through our 150-year-old doors.
The joy you feel at this moment surpasses your dreams. The space is beautiful, and all of your favorite people are there to celebrate with you. From now, until you step into your getaway car, your Izenstone Planner will make sure that your carefully planned reception, the one that is uniquely yours, becomes an exceptional experience that will leave you with memories to share for a lifetime.
